If you are a constant Internet surfer, then you are probably aware of the website FanFiction.Net. This website allows you to read numerous electronic books, organized in several categories. Unfortunately, the books included in this website cannot be downloaded to the user's computer as a regular PDF or DOC file. Still, there are some applications which can extend the functionality of the FanFiction website, allowing you to download any e-book in a wide range of file formats.
One such application is FanFictionDownloader. This Windows program allows you to download any electronic book from the FanFiction.Net website, in a wide range of file formats. After the program has been installed, the user first needs to enter the link to the desired e-book. After doing so, one will need to select the output format for the electronic book. By default, PDF is selected.
Optionally, the user can select the chapters that should be downloaded. After making all these settings, the electronic book can be downloaded. In case one wants to download several books from the website, he can store all their links in a single .TXT file and then import it into the program. FanFictionDownloader will automatically read the links from the text file and will automatically download all the e-books to the user's computer.
Pros
It allows you to download any electronic book from the FanFiction website. Besides that, users can select the file format for saving an e-book and can also choose the chapters that will be downloaded. What's more, several e-books can be downloaded automatically, by putting their links into a text file and importing it into the application.
Cons
The program doesn't include a search engine, for directly finding a book on the website. FanFictionDownloader allows you to easily download any e-book from the FanFiction.Net website.
